I have the honour to transmit to you herewith copy

and translation of a Treaty signed on the 28th July last

between Germany and the Netherlands extending to the

German Protectorate of Kiaochow the provisions of the

Extradition Treaty between Germany and the Netherlands

of September 21st, 1897.

The ratifications of this Treaty were exchanged at

Berlin on the 22nd ultimo.
